The Client and Project
Highlands Oncology is one of the leading cancer treatment centers in the region, providing advanced oncology care to patients across Northwest Arkansas and surrounding communities. As the organization continues to grow and expand its services, Highlands Oncology partnered with Norris Design to help strengthen its brand presence and communication with patients and the community.
The collaboration has included a wide range of design, marketing, and digital initiatives to support both patient education and organizational growth.

The Challenge
Healthcare organizations must communicate complex information clearly while maintaining trust, professionalism, and compassion. Highlands Oncology needed a design and marketing partner that could help them:
Maintain consistent branding across a wide variety of materials
Communicate complex medical information in a clear and accessible way
Support marketing initiatives for new services, events, and campaigns
Modernize their website and digital presence
The goal was to ensure patients, caregivers, and the community could easily access information while reinforcing Highlands Oncology’s reputation as a leader in cancer care.
Our Role
Norris Design works closely on an ongoing basis with the Highlands Oncology team as a creative and marketing partner, supporting ongoing initiatives across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
Our work together has included:
Website Redesign and Launch – A modern, user-friendly website designed to improve patient access to services, information, and resources.
Brand Development – Creation of two specialized logos supporting new programs and initiatives within the organization.
Print Design – Development of patient resources, educational materials, brochures, event collateral, and marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Assets – Design of digital advertisements, online graphics, and campaign materials supporting outreach and engagement.
Photography and Video – Professional photo and video production including patient testimonials, provider features, and marketing content.

Through this ongoing partnership, Highlands Oncology has strengthened its ability to communicate clearly with patients while expanding its visibility within the community.
